Both Monica Sigmon and Michael Taylor are award-winning photographic artists, best-known for their fresh, innovative signature styles that represent their clients with emotion and honesty.  They joined their amazing talents together over ten years ago and own the premier photography studio in the Williamsburg/Hampton Roads area.  They specialize in family, children’s and pet portraiture, as well as commercial photography.

Monica has the esteemed honor of being named on of only xx Sony Artisans of Imagery. Her fresh signature portrait line, Black Label, combines the classic feel of Edwardian portrait painters like John Sign Sargent with the fresh editorial aesthetic of Annie Leibovitz and Mark Seliger. This year, she launched Art of Motion; a first of its kind virtual exhibition highlighting the dedication and perseverance of the local dance community amid the CoVid-19 pandemic.

Michael is a past president of Professional Photographers of America with a distinguished portfolio includes portraiture of Gerald Ford, Marlo Thomas, Carol Channing, Ernest Withers, Betty White, Johnny Cash, and Jerry Lee Lewis. Locally, his portrait art can be found throughout the Riverside Health System, as well as in the permanent collection of the Jamestown Yorktown Foundation.
