Black and White Fine Art Event Session Agreement:

Included for the non-refundable and non-transferable $450 + tax Session reservation fee: a 15-minute session on February 19th, 2024 for one child/dog at the selected time slot at the studio, an in-person design session, and in-person selection appointment (both at the studio), and one desktop print and social media file.  Client has the option to choose wall art pieces, fine art metal prints, and purchase additional prints for an additional fee.

CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL: The client agrees to arrive several minutes early for their session slot. No refunds will be given if a client misses the appointment. We unfortunately cannot push back time slots for late arrivals as that affects the following appointments. Sigmon Taylor Photography is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Sigmon Taylor Photography may elect to reschedule a late client, if the studio schedule allows. If the client does not complete their selection appointment within one month of the session date, they forfeit the reservation fee and any prints/products.
