Firecracker Cocktail

This sweet summertime cocktail will bring you back to memories of eating popsicles by the poolside.

Ingredients

1 oz Chambord raspberry liquor

0.5 oz raspberry syrup

1 oz blue curaçao

1.5 oz Bacardi Superior rum

Crushed ice

Soda water, or lemon lime soda

Start by adding your raspberry syrup and Chambord to the glass and stir. fill the glass to the top with crushed ice, followed by the shot of Bacardi Superior. Fill the glass with soda water to just below the rim of the glass (about 1/8” to 1/4”), then gently pour your curaçao down the side of the glass to get your distinct layers.
