MT: Around 25 years ago I had a stunning moment. I had just walked into a Paul Williams designed home. Mr. Williams was a remarkable, successful architect who worked with the highest levels of society in LA for decades. He worked at a time when racism was even more pervasive than it is now. I knew the moment I walked into that home, he was quite a man. I wish I could have met him.
